ARTIST IN RESIDENCE

Four, six, and eight week artist-in-residence programs in acting, improvisation, or playwriting can be customized, combined, stretched or shortened to meet your particular needs and address your current curriculum content. So, how about taking that book your students are reading and having them write and perform an original play about it? Artist In Residence Programs can culminate with a showcase performance for the rest of the school.
Each visit is 45 minutes to an hour in length and can include a maximum of 35 students. Price varies based on length and scope of program.
AFTER-SCHOOL DRAMA CLUB
Want to put on a great school play? Our After-School Drama Club is the way to go. Our experienced theater professionals will work with your staff and your students to create a thriving after-school drama club that mounts professional-caliber theater productions. We can do the classics, like The Wizard of Oz, or we can do one of our fabulous original plays — or why not an ongoing program that eventually does them all?
An After-School Drama Club can be paid for by your school or the students can pay individually to participate. Prices vary depending on the chosen funding model and the size and scope of the production.

Kathy Carrozi
4/5 Special Day Class
It was very gratifying to witness the enthusiasm of my students for writing and performing a play about state history. California’s past came to life for them, and students gained and displayed confidence, with the talented and inventive guidance of Kenn Adams. He validated their ideas, but at the same time expanded their knowledge and appreciation. This art form is such a valuable experience, and all too rare!
