Advanced Improv Intensive | Introductory Classroom Workshops | Artist in Residence Programs
ADVANCED IMPROV INTENSIVE
Does your school already have an active improv club? Do they already know all the standard short-form games? Then, it’s time for our Advanced Improv Intensive! This six-session course will introduce your students to the art of long-form improvisation and the full-length improvised play. With a focus on ensemble work, truthful behavior, character development, scene structure and plot structure, your students will expand their understanding and appreciation of the art of improvisation as they explore various long-form play formats, resulting in the presentation of a completely improvised one-act play.
Introductory Classroom Workshop
A professional teaching-artist will visit your classroom and lead a single workshop in any of the following disciplines. All of our workshops use fast, fun, and exciting interactive activities to engage your students and enhance their learning.

Artist-in-Residence
Four, six, and eight-week artist-in-residence programs in acting, improvisation, or playwriting can be customized, combined, stretched or shortened to meet your particular needs and address your current curriculum content. So, how about taking that book your students are reading and having them write and perform an original play about it? Artist In Residence Programs can culminate with a showcase performance for the rest of the school.
Each visit is 45 minutes to an hour in length and can include a maximum of 35 students. Price varies based on length and scope of program..
